What we receive

If you connect your Garmin account, Garmin sends us the health and activity summaries you consented to share. Depending on the permissions you grant, these can include daily step counts, heart rate, sleep, stress and body battery readings, and recorded activities. We also store the access tokens that let us receive this data.

We do not ask for, receive or store your Garmin username or password. Access is granted through Garmin's own authorisation screen and can be withdrawn there.

Why we hold it

We use this data solely to display your own data back to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties.

Artificial intelligence

We do not process your Garmin data with artificial intelligence systems, and we do not use it to train any model. If that changes, this policy will say so before the processing starts, and we will ask for your explicit consent first.

How long we keep it

We keep the data until you disconnect the integration or ask us to delete it. On either event we delete the stored summaries and the access tokens.

Your choices

• Disconnect at any time from your Garmin Connect account settings. Garmin stops sending us data immediately.
• Ask us for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion, by writing to info@forge7.dev.
• Report a problem or a misuse of this service to the same address.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on a server we control, with access limited to the people who operate the service.
